Refund and Returns
We want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it.
Every Ibiza Past item is carefully checked before it leaves us and is packaged to arrive safely. If, however, your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with it, we’ll do everything we can to put it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at hello@ibizapast.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and any packaging, where possible
We’ll review your claim as quickly as possible and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Change of Mind
As many of our products are printed to order or produced in limited quantities, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, order the wrong item, or decide you no longer want it.
We therefore recommend checking product descriptions, sizes and colours carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help.
